Couples who undergo a divorce or family crisis often find themselves financially stressed. As a result, some service providers, who help couples navigate the unpleasant, but necessary legal waters of divorce or family crisis, are not always paid in full. To ensure that we are able to provide our clients with the best service providers available, FLP always guarantees full payment of their fees. Although FLP strives to be compassionate and supportive during this time, we have to adhere to a strict policy of estimating all service costs and obtaining a retainer from our clients before a service is provided.

Your retainer will be kept safe in a bank trust account. When FLP receives an invoice from your service provider, we will only transfer the amount that has been billed and verified to our current account. If surplus money remains after the resolution of your family’s crisis, it will be returned to you promptly.
